• PM - Project Teams - The purpose of this course is to provide people who work on teams the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to effectively and efficiently manage or contribute to teams while working on projects.
• Exam Prep for the PMP - This course uses state of the art cognitive technologies to prepare people to take (and pass) PMI's Project Management Professional Certification Exam. The course is a week long and on the last day of class, course participants take the exam. The first four days are spent in intensive preparation followed by taking the PMP exam on the fifth day assuming you have scheduled it. Start on Monday and have your PMP by Friday
• Cheetah Negotiations - Project Managers learn and practice FAST and effective Cheetah negotiation strategies and tactics. This course is geared toward making you more effective in negotiating all the common situations that occur day-to-day in your life as a Project Manager. Through a Myers-Briggs online "negotiation styles" Type Indicator customized by HumanEsources specifically for Cheetah customers, a mix of working sessions and simulations, participants will learn how to leverage their innate talents to be more effective in negotiations.
