Graduate Admission
Step 1: Download and print the Admission Application.
Step 2: Complete and sign the Admission Application.
Step 3: Fax the completed Admission Application and copies of ALL TRANSCRIPTS to NSU Enrollment Processing Services (EPS) at 954-262-3601.
Step 4: To complete the Admission Application process, please submit a nonrefundable $50 application fee to the address listed below, or call 800-541-6682, Ext. 5200 with credit card information.

Educational Impact Course Registration
Step 1: Download and print Registration Form.
Step 2: Complete Registration Form and fax to the Office of Student Services (954-262-2336).
Note: Once registration is processed, a representative from the NSU Office of Enrollment Services will contact the student to provide E-mentor contact information. E-mentor will contact the student, via Email, regarding the NSU Supplemental Project for Educational Impact courses (see "Graduate Credit Assignment" posted on the website). Students can obtain an NSU Email account once they have been provisionally admitted. Please follow instructions listed on the Email Account Request.
