The Procedures for Developing a School Choice Program Manual is available on the Florida School Choice Resource Center website. The manual is based on visits and interviews with the mentor/mentee districts in Florida. Hopefully, the manual will serve as a valuable resource for districts in Florida and other districts around the nation who are interested in ensuring equity and diversity in public school choice programs.
