The Florida Public School Consortium Offers An Award

The Florida Public School Choice Consortium will be offering an award to one individual and one district that have demonstrated outstanding impact on offering equitable school choice.    The Dr. Carlo Rodriguez Champion of School Choice Awards will be determined through a criterion review of nominations by an awards committee represent multiple agencies dealing with various school options in Florida.  

The impact of an individual or district might be in one or more of the following areas:   increase in the number of school options, equitable practices for recruiting and/or enrolling students, innovative transportation plans, effective parent awareness and empowerment strategies, and raising awareness of the necessity and benefits of school choice.
